With more than two decades of experience across entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, coaching, and equity-centered facilitation, Corey brings a grounded and multi-layered perspective to organizational change. Her work began in the healing arts and community building, and over time expanded into consulting and facilitation that supports organizations navigating leadership complexity, culture, and systems transformation.

Corey’s approach integrates systems thinking, relational leadership, and equity-centered practice. Drawing on experience facilitating conversations around identity, power, leadership, and organizational culture, she helps teams examine the dynamics shaping how decisions are made, how trust is built, and how people work together.
