With more than two decades of experience across entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, leadership coaching, and equity-centered facilitation, Corey brings a grounded and multi-layered perspective to leadership and organizational change. Her work began in the healing arts and community building, and over time evolved into coaching and consulting that supports social impact leaders, nonprofit organizations, and mission-driven teams navigating complexity, culture, and systems transformation—resulting in measurable shifts in clarity, decision-making, and team effectiveness.

Corey’s approach to leadership coaching integrates self-awareness, systems thinking, and relational leadership. Drawing from practices such as conscious leadership, the Enneagram, and equity-centered facilitation, she helps leaders examine the patterns shaping their leadership decisions, relationships, and organizational impact so they can lead with greater clarity, accountability, and intention.
