Resources

People often ask what has influenced my thinking about leadership, coaching, organizational change, and systems work. The resources below are a collection of books, podcasts, frameworks, and organizations that have shaped how I understand human behavior, power, leadership, and change.

Over the years, I’ve learned that wisdom rarely comes from a single source. It emerges through curiosity, reflection, lived experience, and discernment. Some of these resources have affirmed what I already knew. Others have challenged my assumptions, expanded my perspective, or invited me to ask better questions. Together, they continue to shape how I approach coaching, facilitation, leadership development, organizational consulting, and the ongoing work of systems change.

New here? I’d start with a few of the foundational resources below.
