With more than two decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, coaching, and facilitation, I bring a grounded and multi-layered perspective to organizational change. My work began in community building and the healing arts and has evolved to support leaders and organizations navigating complexity, culture, and systems change.
