Real transformation begins when personal awareness meets systems change.

Inside Work

One-on-One Coaching

Inside work focuses on the personal awareness that shapes how leaders think, decide, and show up in their work and relationships. Through one-on-one coaching, Corey helps leaders examine the patterns influencing their leadership, strengthen clarity and accountability, and navigate complexity with greater intention.

When leaders deepen their self-awareness, they are better equipped to lead with integrity, build stronger relationships, and make decisions that create meaningful and lasting change.

Outside Change

Group and Systems Consulting

Outside change focuses on the systems, cultures, and dynamics that shape how organizations function. Through group facilitation and consulting, Corey works with teams and organizations to examine the structures, assumptions, and relationships that influence leadership, collaboration, and culture.

When organizations better understand the systems they operate within, they can build stronger teams, align their values with their practices, and create environments where meaningful change can take hold.

I’m Corey Dobyns, a coach, facilitator, and guide devoted to healing, transformation, and social justice. For nearly two decades, my work has lived at the intersection of personal growth, community care, and systems change. I began my career as a healing arts small business owner and community builder in Atlanta, GA, creating spaces rooted in restoration, connection, and collective well-being. Over time, that work evolved into coaching and facilitation, supporting individuals and organizations through meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is grounded in compassion, self-awareness, and a belief that real transformation happens when people are supported rather than pushed through change. I am deeply attuned to the realities of burnout, complexity, and power, and I work with a long view in mind. Growth should be ethical, integrated, and built to last.

I live in San Francisco with my partner and our daughter, grounded in a life shaped by community, care, and shared responsibility. These are not abstract values for me. They are lived commitments that shape how I move through the world and how I approach my work.

A core thread running through my work is a commitment to equity, restorative healing, and racial justice. As a transformational coach and facilitator with The Radical Optimist Collective (ROC), I collaborate within a community dedicated to social impact and systems change. Much of my work at ROC focuses on supporting individuals in choosing anti-racism and unlearning bias through honest conversations about power, accountability, and repair.

My commitment to healing is also deeply personal. Rooted in nearly a decade of sobriety and a lifelong practice of unlearning the ways I have been shaped by systems of oppression, my work is guided by integrity and responsibility. I continue to choose, again and again, to do things differently.

This ongoing journey informs how I hold space, how I listen, and how I walk alongside others in their own process of transformation.

I integrate tools like the Enneagram to support self-awareness and insight, but the heart of my work is relational. I help people understand what truly drives them, where they feel stuck, and how to move forward with clarity and intention without abandoning themselves in the process.

Whether someone is navigating personal transition, leadership complexity, or the unlearning of harmful patterns, the work often begins with deeper awareness. From there, leaders are able to see themselves and the systems around them more clearly, creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.

Transformation is a path we all walk. I am here to walk alongside you, offering perspective, presence, and steady support as you build a life and way of leading rooted in care, courage, and connection.
